About Marsh Insurance
Marsh Insurance Limited was first established in 1932 by Jack Marsh. Together with his wife, Bessie, and a team of insurance professionals, Marsh Insurance earned a reputation for friendly, professional service, and dependable insurance protection. A reputation which has held the loyalty of clients over generations.
In 1978, Marsh Insurance was under new ownership. Ron Hitchlock, a Chartered Accountant and Insurance Broker, brought his family to Belleville from Woodstock, Ontario.
Today, the next generation of the Hitchlock family, daughter Sara, along with her mother Norma continue the Marsh Insurance tradition of excellence into the present. With the assistance of the Marsh Insurance team they strive to provide their clients with the value, service and care their clients deserve.
Our Offices
A recognized landmark in the city of Belleville, the Marsh Insurance building has been home to Marsh Insurance for over fifty years. Located at the corner of Bridge Street and Coleman Street in downtown Belleville, parking is conveniently available for clients beside our building off Coleman Street.
